Question about getting married?

I'm currently Navy DEP and my ship date is about a month from now. My gf found out she's pregnant and were stuck. We've been together for about 5 years an she's 17 an turns 18 the same month the baby is due in October. I also have a security clearance for my job IT. Would it be better to do it while in DEP or after RTC or during A school or after A school? Does it affect my security clearance? Do I have to report that umma have a kid before it's born or till it's born? I've asked my recruiterw but they haven't been able to help much. What would be the easiest time to do it an would her being underaged make it difficult? We were originally planning to get married on her 19th birthday so don't think it's for monetary reasons. I want her to have access to insurance same with my baby that's on the way.
