Mixing Blood with Another Person?

The only thing you would have to be concerned with is bacteria, blood born infections. Absolutely nothing happens with the Rh factor etc. You are not giving each other a transfusion, simply mixing a small amount of blood outside the body, that is if I am understanding you correctly.
