WHAT IS A TEASER? IS IT BAD? (im a girl)?

so, a guy went last semester to my place, and he wanted (I think you guys know what he wanted) But I did not know, so we were kissing and he was not leaving and it was 3 so I asked him if he wanted to stay, and he said yes, (I just asked him this question because I was tired and wanted to sleep, and he did not wanna leave!) so we kissed more and more, and he really wanted that, I mean to have ... (I think you guys know what) but then I stoped turned and started to sleep, the next morning I did the same, and the he left, haha He kinda did not talk to me anymore, I did not understand why. Anyways, now, i've been going out with another guy, and he took me to watch the game to his place and we started kissing, and then he told me to stay, and I said no, and then he said that nothing will happen and he just wanted to kiss me and talk and I said no. then he said "you dont believe me" and I said "I believe in you, but I dont believe in me" haha, and he started kissing me more and more, and he really wanted that, and I told him to take me home. Well, I am from Chile, so that is not bad there because girls are kinda more conservative, but all of this happen in the US. I told this to a friend and he told me, the first guy said I am a teaser and some other things he did not tell me, Is what im doing bad? I really dont know!
