How do you talk to a guy, who you dont know what so ever?

i'm in the same position as you, except i have one cl with the guy. i go by my favorite fortune out of a fortune cookie 'if you wait too long for the perfect moment, the perfect moment will p you by", i've yet to talk to the guy i like and its been about one semester. if i were you, (and i know this is creepy, but i'm reading a book that totally relates to this) i would try to find out like where he goes that period and try to 'bump' into him in the hall. or smile and see if he smiles back. good luck girl! :)
