Should I speak to her?!?!?

Ok i met this girl at paintballing and we got along so well, but she left while I was in a game and I only get her first name which was sammy. Yesterday I just looked up her name in facebook and I found her!!!!! Should I add her? because we got along so well and I really liked her. Opinions?
