I need a good recipe for Tex-Mex Carne Guisada?

I am a native Texan living up North. My favorite Tex-Mex dish (besides fajitas!) is carne guisada. Does anyone have a good recipe for this. I dream of eating it on a soft fresh flour tortilla with about a 1/2 cup of guacamole lol! If anyone has a good recipe please share.
