Xmas gift for 22 yr. old woman with flair for the dramatic -with earrings anyway?

For most part, she is into trendy/stylish. As a grandmom, I am at a loss. Her UGG boots are about to disintegrate; but, then I think she might be bored with another pair. But a different color? Different style? She loves large hoop earrings, but I get confused at all the different kinds. She needs a mild winter coat ( CA). I am open to all suggestions. Thanks! If you could reccomend different web sites, or better yet, just good advice, let me know.
