Reasons not to say the pledge of allegiance?

ok so in my homeroom (8th grade) me and about four others dont stand and recite the pledge. i respect this country and the troops but i have my freedoms. but lately a few idiots, ahem, i mean not nice guys (school bullies) in my cl have been giving me trouble. so im asking that someone give me a few SIMPLE worded answers. most reasons i have they wont understand. thank you!
