How did the governement use the rosie the riveter to accomplish its wartimes goals?

Without ALL the Rosies that worked in the factories the US could not have been the Arsenal of Democracy before we got involved sending Lend Lease, planes, tanks, and ships to Britain, and could never have supplied two theaters of war materiel to win a war on two fronts. With millions of men going into the services, "Rosies" from every walk of life took the jobs and embled the aircraft, tanks, truck, jeeps and rifles for the war. They also tested aircraft, ferried them to the front, and built the bombs to go into them.
