Help me lose weight! 14 year old girl in desperate need.?
i need to lose weight, for my health, i need to stop snacking, i eat way to much junk. Im a bit of a perfectionist, i have great diciplin and self control when i need it, i just need you to tell me what to eat ebvery day to make me lose weight in a month! i have access to basic fruits, banana's, apples. lots of vegetables. i eat a bowl of cerial for breakfast, and whatever dad cooks for dinner, (usually lots of vegies with some kind of meat or pasta) but i need to no what to eat for recess, lunch, and after school. i would love a food i can snack on that would make me lose weight or my matabolism faster, and i would love to no how many times a week i can eat biscuits, chocolate-which is my favourite, ect. please help :)
