Do you think this will taste ok?

I always make a pot roast with the bag and seasoning mix. But today I tought I would be a little creative ( probably wrong idea lol) Well I took my roast out of the freezer let it thaw slightly,browned on all sides, took the frying pan that i browned it in add 3 cups of water, brown gravy mix and seasoning mix from (seasoning bag), put the roast in my crock pot and added carrots,peas,onions and potatos..then the seasoned gravy mix and am letting it slow cook. Do you think this will taste good...I hope so LOL it sure smells great
