Also you should probably have the daughter talk to the judge about what is going on and why she would rather live with you than the father. If these ual behaviors are going on at your ex's house then obviously you need to get your daughter out of there as soon as possible. Contact a lawyer and see what you can do. What your daughter is saying can be held against the father and the judge would hopefully listen to your daughter about why she wants to stay with you.
