Afraid To Dress The Way I Want?

I really like the whole 1940s/1950s pinup style and I've wanted to dress like that for quite a while now. I am going to be a senior in high school this coming September. I really want to dress like that, i.e. winged out eyeliner, red lips, flowers in my hair, retro clothes...but I am afraid of people looking at me in a weird way or making fun of me. I am also afraid of guys not liking it and not asking me out. I know that guys don't like red lipstick or curly hair and those are my trademarks! Also, my older brother makes fun of me for liking this style and old music and such. Will the others do the same? Thanks!
